Description

USDA Sole Source Notification, 2020-SB06 for Luminex PH Salmonella Serotyping Assay Kit to be used at the National Veterinary Services Laboratory in Ames, IA The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), National Veterinary Services Laboratory Located in Ames, IA, intends to negotiate a sole source Purchase Order with to Luminex Corporation, located in Austin, Texas. DUNNS 965476641, for 25 EA PH Salmonella Serotyping Assay Complete Kit, Part number AGSSA4502, under the authority of FAR 13.106-l(b). No formal solicitation will be issued. This notice is for informational purposes only. However, all interested parties may contact the Contracting Officer listed below. Anyone interested in responding to this requirement must be able to provide compelling evidence that they can provide equivalent consumables in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost.
