Description: This is a non-personnel services contract to provide janitorial/custodial services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Army Reserve facility WA035 located at 5119 Portland Ave, Tacoma, WA 98404 & WA038 located at 921 South 4th Ave, Tumwater, WA 98568.��The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.� This requirement is for a base plus four option periods.
