This could be reduced to one day per week, but the customers demand and have gotten accustomed to two day per week. Station grew accustom to two technicians. Familiar with each pest control person. Tuesday and Friday. Also the station desires response to the calls even during non-routine days. 10 What are the onsite service technician expectations each week for the Erie site? Erie: Weekly site visit and treatment as stated in the SOW. All quotes must be received by May 18th, 2020 (12 NOON EST) to be considered for award.
