- Solicitation Number:� PANMCC-20-P-0000 017615 Synopsis:� Sources Sought Notice for Information Only The Mission and Installation Contracting Command � Joint Base Lewis- McChord (MICC-JBLM) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for a 6-port HUB wearable device and accessory cables that allow integration with the ARC-4 Augmented Reality (AR)�HUD.� It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. MICC-JBLM is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.� Background. For the purpose of this notice, the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is ����334419.� Other Electronic Component Manufacturing ; Employee size: 750. MICC-JBLM is seeking potential sources to�purchase a 6-port HUB wearable�devices and accessory cables that allow the end user to integrate the ARC-4 AR HUD (AN/PVS-31A configuration) through Mighty Mouse 6 Pin connector��into�the current communications platform for use with Android Tactical Assault Kit (ATAK). The HUB wearable devices must be able to integrate multiple USB peripheral devices, the radios used with the ARC-4 system and provide power management for the interconnected devices. 1. Item Description: 1.1. Wearable HUB system requirements: ������ 1) MIL-STD-810 ������ 2) IP87 Water and Dust Resistant ������ 3) Android compliant �������4) ATAK supportable ������ 5) Integrate 2x or more RF/IP radios simultaneously. ������ 6) Must have system interoperability with the ARC-4 system�via Mighty Mouse 6 pin connector ������ 7) PWR and AUX Power Ports ������ 8) Support multiple radios ������ 9) Hub shall be capable of power and data distribution with the ability to connect 6 external devices, power and a End User Device simultaneously 1.2. HUB Accessory Cabling: The HUB shall support accessory cabling for the following: ������ 1) HUB to NATO STANAG 4695 Soldier Power Connector ������ 2) HUB to AN/PRC 152A ������ 3) HUB to AN/PRC 161 ������ 4) HUB to AN/PRC 163 ������ 5) HUB to TAC Rover E ������ 6) HUB to TW-950 ������ 7) HUB to USB-C ������ 8) HUB to USB-C with Juggernaut Case connector ������ 9) HUB to EUD extension cable (USB-C) Instructions to Potential Respondents Companies that desire to participate in this sources sought are encouraged to submit a response which supports the company's claim that it presently has the technology, qualifications, experience, and capabilities to satisfy the requirements. The response should discuss the company's ability to adapt and/or provide existing technologies that have the required capabilities. Specifically, any interested companies are requested to provide the following information: 1) Name of Company 2) Business CAGE code 3) Point of contact and phone number 4) Size of Business according to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334419. 5) Other suggested NAICS codes for this program and your size classification based on these codes. 6) Company certifications (e.g. ISO-9001, ASI-9100, CMMI) 7) A brief summary of your company's experience and past performance within the past 3 years as it relates to this requirement. Each company experience (Government or commercial) should include (a) name of the project, (b) a brief description of the project, (c) the relevance of the contract/project to the requirements in this notice.
