- This is a pre-solicitation notice to notify small business companies the Government has a requirement for the removal and replacement of a roofing system at Building 311 located at Riverside Indian School, Anadarko, Oklahoma 73005. All work will be performed in accordance with a Statement of Work (SOW). This description of work is for general information only. It is not our intention to describe every feature of items of work or to define the scope of work. The solicitation will be a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation. This is a 100% Indian-owned small business economic enterprises (ISBEE) Set Aside. Award will be made utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach to the Government in accordance with FAR 15 and FAR 36. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to the lowest priced offeror, whose proposal conforms to the requirements contained in the RFP and whose offer will be the most advantageous to the Government. The NAICS Code for this project is 238160. In accordance with FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Project, the magnitude of this project is (C) Between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00. The estimated period of performance will be for 60 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. For this Pre Solicitation Notice closing date and time is Thursday, May 28, 2020, 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Telephone request for the solicitation package or unofficial plan holder list will not be honored. NOTE: The response date cited above is an estimate, not an actual. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract nor does it obligate the government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
