Description

Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Bridge contract to Golden Key Group, LLC for 25 Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) Instructors at various detachments.� The period of performance for this one-year bridge contract is 21 June 2020 to 20 June 2021.� This one-year bridge contract is necessary to allow adequate time to solicit and award a competitive acquisition. This is a continuing requirement and follow-on effort for ROTC Instructors.� This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals.� Therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement.� However, all responsible parties interested in responding to this notice are invited to submit a capability statement by�20 May 2020 at 5:00 P.M. CST.� This should be submitted to Mr. Austin Parker at austin.parker@us.af.mil, and provide sufficient details for consideration by the Government.� The determination not to compete the contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
