- The West Virginia Air National Guard is seeking services to install Air Force aircraft static grounds.� IAW with FAR 36.204(c), the disclosure of magnitude for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is a 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned�Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). The NAICS code is 237310 with a small busines size standard of $39.5M. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. The bid opening will be held on 15�June 2020 at 2:00 PM EST.�
