Notice of Solicitation and Award of Brand Name Procurement under FAR Part 16.505(a)(4) for sofware/subscription/maintenance/support of existing Enterprise License (manufacturer--Outcold Solutions).� Contractor is to provdide software/service for 12 months (May 9, 2020 - May 8, 2021).� Brand Name Justification is attached to this notice.
