- Description
- The Army Contracting Command � Detroit Arsenal has a requirement for Firm-Fixed Price Proposals for the Track Guide Repair Kit; NSN: 2530-01-598-1725; P/N: 57K6723. The Track Guide Repair Kit is used on the A3 and A4 Variant Bradley Fighting Vehicles. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses under NAICS Code 336350, Motor Vehicle Transmission and Power Train Parts Manufacturing. The required quantity is 9,803 kits deliverable at a rate of 1,000 kits per month beginning on 15 November 2020. There is one option for an additional 9,803 kits deliverable at the same rate. Early delivery and incremental shipments are acceptable at no additional cost to the Government. Delivery terms are FOB destination. The Technical Data Package is competitive, Distribution Code D. For access to the drawings, please request via the BetaSAM interface, then send an e-mail request to Jeffrey.R.Woods19.civ@mail.mil , and include your company's CAGE code in the message. There is a known error in the drawing package attached to this solicitation. In drawing 12496796, guide screw holes are supposed to be depicted as circular, but some views show a chord. We will release a new drawing as soon as it becomes available. Amendment 0001 clarifies that individual packaging and preservation for long-term storage are required for these items.
