Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Waco Chilled Water Unit Maintenance This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C25920Q0299 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This acquisition is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuild of Equipment Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Air Circulating Equipment FAR Clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 apply to this procurement. For the exact text and wording of clauses and provisions please see http://www.acquisition.gov. The Government contemplates an award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation. Description of services: In accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and price schedule, the Contractor shall price maintenance support and initial overhaul for two Water Chillers & two Microprocessors within its Member Services Call Center located in Waco, Tx. Period of Performance (POP): The POP shall be from the date of award for a 1 (one) 12 (twelve) month base-year period and three (3) twelve (12) month option periods. See Addendum to 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors on the attached RFQ document for information on what to submit with your offer. Offers are due May 14, 2020 @ 4 PM EST. All questions/inquiries must be submitted to the Contracting Officer via electronic mail (e-mail) not later than May 07, 2019 @ 4 PM EST.
