Description
USAID/Jordan is seeking proposals from interested qualified Jordanian Architect-Engineer (A-E) Consulting Firms to provide construction supervision services for the construction contracts of Amman Water System Improvements Phase III Package II, Tafilah Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), Dair Alla Water and Wastewater Systems, Bal�ma and Al Hashmia Wastewater Collection Networks, the Reuse Plan for South Amman and Madaba WWTPs?, ? in addition to other engineering infrastructure development tasks that USAID in cooperation with Ministry of Water and Irrigation may plan to implement during the life of the resulting contract. Three of the tasks are optional and will be exercised at the discretion of the Contracting Officer.� This acquisition for A&E services is being procured in accordance with the Brooks Act, as implemented through Subpart 36.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Subpart 736.6 of the USAID Acquisition Regulations (AIDAR). The contract resulting from this solicitation will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee - Term type, with a period of performance of five (5) years and an estimated cost range of $7-$10M. Although an anticipated range is provided, Offerors should propose costs that they believe are realistic and reasonable for the work described. � Please note: Updated Q&A Responses (App I) were posted May 10, including an amendment (App II) that extended the RFQ due date from June 3 until June 17.
