- This is a Sources Sought Notice and is for informational purposes only in accordance with FAR Part 10. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, QUOTATIONS, OR BIDS. Per FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. �Responses do not affect a potential offeror's ability to respond to any future synopsis/solicitation. The Government will not provide reimbursement for any information that may be submitted in response to this notice. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. This notice is a market survey being conducted solely to determine whether there are adequate Small Business concerns for the following proposed procurement.� �Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response.� NO LARGE businesses need respond to this notice. The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 7 Public Building Services is conducting this market research seeking interest from veteran-owned small business (VOSB), service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB), HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business (SDB), and women-owned small business (WOSB) concerns that have the resources to support and provide management, supervision, labor materials, equipment and supplies necessary to provide Full Maintenance support services for the following locations:� Baton Rouge Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 707 Florida Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana (LA0006BT) GSA PMD Depot Warehouse 6 Bldg 74, 2695 N Sherwood Forest Drive, Baton Rouge, Louisiana (LA0731BR) Russell B. Long Federal Building and United States Courthouse, 777 Florida Avenue, Baton Rouge, Louisiana (LA0097BT) John M. Shaw United States Courthouse, 800 Lafayette Street, Lafayette, Louisiana (LA0099ZZ) Allen J. Ellender Federal Building � U.S. Post Office, 423 Lafayette Street, Houma, Louisiana (LA0070ZZ) The requirements contemplated herein encompass approximately 450,000 rentable square feet, aggregate square feet among all buildings. Full Maintenance services contemplated by this requirement include, but are not limited to the following:� Operation and Maintenance services, Custodial and related services (Interior/Exterior), Grounds Maintenance, Solid waste removal, Recycling, Integrated Pest Management Services,� Air-conditioning equipment and systems, Air-handling/distribution equipment and systems, Electrical systems and equipment, lighting and switchgear systems, Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and equipment, Service call desk operations to include record keeping using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), Plumbing and domestic water filtration/pumping and fire supply tank systems, sewage equipment and systems, Storm drainage equipment and systems, Fire protection and life safety systems and equipment, Fire doors and windows (including hinges, closers and latching hardware), Maintenance of landscape irrigation systems,� Locks, keys, keycard systems, vehicle barrier systems and static and dynamic bollard systems, Architectural and structural systems, fixtures, and equipment within the site (to the property line), Paper and soap dispensing equipment in restrooms. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 561210, Facilities Support Services and the small business size standard is $38.5 million. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: �A complete and current record of your System for Award Management Registration (SAM) which includes DUNS number, Organization name, address, contact name, email address, Web site address, telephone number, type of organization, small business type (if any), etc. A capability statement supporting claims of organizational and staff capability to perform operation and maintenance services, custodial services, and ground maintenance services.� The ability to provide environmentally-responsible solutions and products, and methodology for supervisor/manager ability to hire/fire personnel, purchase needed supplies, materials, and equipment. A list of full maintenance services contracts and associated federal customers with a minimum value of over $500,000 per year. �Include whether the operation, maintenance, and custodial work include multiple-buildings, multi-story buildings, courthouses, high-security areas, office buildings, judicial offices, and/or landscaping and grounds maintenance. �Also include the size of facilities (i.e., aggregate square feet).
