Description
Combined Synopsis-Solicitation. SPE4A520Q0838 Solicitation will result in a Commercial Indefinite Purchase Order IAW FAR 13.5, having a base period of three years and one option period consisting of two years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation close date is 15 May, 2020.� The list of NSNs is attached to this notice. A sources sought was previously published for these items under RFQ SPE4A519R0469 and no responses were received. J&A IAW FAR 6.302-1(2)(iii)(A) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed sole source contract will be issued to Hydraulics International Cage 56529 to support various weapon systems. A total of eighty six (86) NSNs are targeted for this contract effort. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. This procurement has a Surge & Sustainment requirement for three NSNs. This requirement does not contains Air Force any Critical Safety Items (CSI) items. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.� From the DIBBS Homepage, select �Requests for Quotation (RFQ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)� from the menu under the tab �Solicitations.�� Then search for and choose the RFQ you wish to download.� RFQs are in portable document format (PDF).� To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.� This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com.� A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors.� Surplus dealers, small business dealers and distributors (having existing stock of surplus or newly manufactured material) are invited to respond to this synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate in accordance with Procurement Note C04, Unused Former Government Surplus Property or material or adequate traceability documentation to show that the product is acceptable. In addition, respondents should identify quantity available and price. The government may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly-manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the Government.
