- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:� � State: Nevada City: Reno Delineated Area: North: Truckee River. South: St Lawrence Ave/Carson Reno Highway; Cheney St East: S. Wells Ave. West: Nixon Ave/Ridge St/Clay St/Court St/S Arlington Ave. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,158 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,366 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 1 surface spaces Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: 1 - 5 year options Additional Requirements: Occupancy must be located in contiguous space, on one floor within a modern office building. 2nd floor space, or above Offered space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, such as irregular shape of demised space, large columns, narrow core to building fa�ade, column spacing less than 20' on center, etc. The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 1 and other security requirements determined by GSA. Offered space cannot be located near other Law Enforcement agencies. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.� Interested Respondents should include Building Owners, or if a Broker, please include the Exclusivity Agreement/Representation Letter/ or Listing Contract granting the exclusive right to represent the building by the Building Owner, in your expression of interest.
