State:�USVI City:�St. Thomas Delineated Area:�North: Head east on Hardwood Highway (along the way the road changes five times: Kraprinsens Gade, Kronprindsens Gade, Curacao Gade, Dronningens Gade and Norre Gade) to Hospital Gade. Head north on Hospital Gade to Dronningens Gade to Sugar Estate Road to Rumer Drive.� East: Head south on Rumer Drive to Edward Wilmot Street.� South: Head west on Edward Wilmot Street to Veterans Drive to the intersection of Highway 304 and Crown Mountain Road.� West: Head north on Crown Mountain Road to starting point. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�4,200 Maximum Sq. Ft.
