- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for costs incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The US Customs & Border Protection (CBP) is searching for firms to perform college credit reviews and recommendations of CBP courses at academies, training centers, and worksites.� These college credit reviews and recommendations will allow CBP employees who successfully completed these courses to receive college credit towards a degree. As part of its market research, CBP Mission Support Contracting Division West (MSCD-W) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing the requirement. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. Attached is a copy of the ""draft"" Statement of Work (SOW). This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of CBP market research. No Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP) exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFP. Responses to this Sources Sought are not offers on which the CBP MSCD-W can issue any contract. This Sources Sought has been issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute a RFP. The Government does not intend to award a contract or order based only on responses to this Sources Sought. Do not submit pricing information in response to this Sources Sought. All information received in response to this Sources Sought will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Responses to this Sources Sought will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought. CBP will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. CBP is also interested in feedback regarding the draft SOW, including any comments/questions/recommendations that may assist in refining and clarifying CBP�s requirements. Comments/Questions/Recommendations submitted to CBP may not be responded to directly or incorporated/addressed into any resulting RFQ/RFP. CBP will consider all responses received within ten (10) business days of the posting of this notice.
