- Description
- The United States Army and Project Lead Network Enablers (PL Net E) is seeking Sources from which to procure a onetime buy for National Security Agency (NSA) Type 1 Certified, Printed Circuit Memory Card International Association (PCMCIA) card called the KOV-21 cryptographic card. The KOV-21 card (NSN: 5810-01-613-7805) is utilized and provided as Government Furnished Material (GFM) under the Army�s current Simple Key Loader (SKL) (SKL NSN: 5810-01-644-4375) program.� The KOV-21 card is the only internal cryptographic card currently known to be approved and certified by the NSA for use within the SKL.
