Central Chiller Plant Chiller Maintenance/Inspection and Repairs - Sources Sought Announcement THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. NAICS 238220 PSC J041 The requested information is for planning purposes and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued nor will the Government pay for the information solicited. All information and data received in response to this sources sought marked or designated a corporate proprietary information will be fully protected and held in strict confidence. This is a market research tool being used to determine potential and eligible firms capable of providing the supplies/services described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition. Contract Type - A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated. The term of this requirement will consist of a 5-year ordering period under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Interested businesses are invited to submit capability statements. Responses are not to exceed five (5) pages. Responses shall be in electronic format and shall include the company name, address, CAGE Code, Business Size Status (e.g. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business) for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of this announcement and points of contact (names, email, and telephone numbers) at a minimum. No telephone responses will be accepted. No contractor response received after the advertised due date and time will be accepted. No exceptions to this receipt deadline will be granted under any circumstances. Questions or comments shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist � Jennalyn Schilke: jschilke@usbr.gov. This is a requirement for the recurring inspection, maintenance, and routine call out and emergency repairs of LCBROs existing two (2) Smardt-branded, water cooled chillers. These will be conducted in accordance with American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, & Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Air- Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration (AHRI), and the American National Standards and Institute (ANSI) safety code inspections and testing, technical consulting, equipment condition surveys, preventive maintenance performance evaluations for the chillers at the central chiller plant located at the Lower Colorado Basin Regional Office (LCBRO). The awarded contractor will be required furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to fulfill all requirements of this contract for the listed facilities. See Attachment 1 - REVISED DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). All contractors doing business now, or in the immediate future, with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
