Description
This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic contract, in accordance with Qualified Products List (QPL) MS 3367-5-9 which will include NSN: 5975-00-111-3208. The proposed action is intended to be awarded competitively.� This item is solicited on an Unrestricted Other than Full and Open Competitive basis.� �Terms are FOB Destination and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. �First Destination Transportation (FDT) does not apply. �Higher Level Quality System applies. �This item is a commercial and stock buy item. This is a critical application item.� Requested delivery is 72 days ARO. ��Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC).� The contract will be effective for a Base year period with provisions included to extend the terms of the contract up to four (4) option year periods.� The estimated annual quantity is 19,397 HD per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 4849 HD (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity of 140,255 HD over the five years.� The minimum delivery order is 4849 HD and the maximum delivery order quantity is 19,397 HD. ��Surge requirements does not apply.� Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast.� The final contract award decisions may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Reverse Auction help tutorials at:� dla.procurexinc.com�� to learn more about how to participate in an auction. � The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be May 22, 2020.
