- ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND � WARREN (DTA) proposes to solicit and�award a Firm Fixed Price contract for the Tool Kit, Pipe Cutting. This solicitation will be restricted to Illinois Tool Works (Cage:98198) under Federal Aquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B), ""Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."" This requirement will be solicited under W56HZV-20-R-0091. The requirement is for the following: NSN:�5180-01-671-2195�, Part Number: 12-053-AK-08�, Noun: Tool Kit, Pipe Cutting, Base quantity:�30 EA NAICS Code:�332216�, Unit of Issue: Each, Inspection: Origin, Acceptance: Origin, FOB Point: Destination, Level of Preservation: Military, Level of Packaging: B. The solicitation, W56HZV-20-R-0091, is anticipated for release in two to four weeks and will contain the required technical information and a specific due date and time. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
