Description

The US Fish & Wildlife Service plans to issue RFP 140F0520R0016 for a requirement to control invasive plants by treating approx. 232 acres of grassland habitat located at the Missisquoi National Wildlife Refuge in Franklin County, Swanton VT. Offerors must be on the list of Vermont Certified Pesticide Applicators (Category 2: Forestry) to be considered and copy of license must be provided. The anticipated period of performance is July 15, 2020 through August 1, 2020. This RFQ will be posted as a total small business set aside under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) of 115310 with a small business size standard of 8 mil. Prevailing wages will apply to this project. This will be a firm fixed price award. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation�s technical requirements and will be in best interest of the government, price and past performance considered. This RFP will be posted on or about May 22, 2020. When posted, a Statement of Work, Specifications and related documents will be available for download via the Fed Connect website at: https://www.fedconnect.net/Fedconnect/ Use the search Public Opportunities box to access the solicitation by reference number. Postings will also be linked to Fed Connect via the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov.
