In accordance with the attached Request for Proposal (RFP), the Contractor shall furnish all necessary facilities, materials, and personnel, and shall perform all non-personal services and program support necessary for this requirement titled, ""Access to Over-the-Counter (OTC) Drug Utilization Data/Services"".
