Description
Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to: Flatiron School LLC, 115 W 18th Street, FL 4, New York, New York 10011 The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), code 22530, hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Flatiron School under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This action will be conducted under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This type of Department of Defense training is unique and a specialized requirement that sets itself apart from other Cybersecurity Analysis courses by developing the skillset needed to be a tier 1+ SOC analyst, threat intel analyst, security consultant, or compliance analyst based on a curriculum, in partnership with cybersecurity employers, through the mapping of competencies for entry-level cyber positions. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001: ONLINE CYBER SECURITY ANALYTICS PROGRAM Manufacturer: Flatiron School, LLC QTY: 1 ITEM 0002: ONLINE CYBER SECURITY ANALYTICS PROGRAM Manufacturer: Flatiron School, LLC QTY: 1 This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 611710 and the business size standard is $16.5M. Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for quotes; however, any firm believing that they can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis. Any comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted IN WRITING via e-mail to Keyshana.Harris@navy.mil. All responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM) website prior to award of contract. Information can be found at https://www.sam.gov/. To respond to this announcement, you must be registered to the SPAWAR E-Commerce website at https://e-commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil. Responses are due by 12 May 2020. The proposed Solicitation Number is to be determined.
