Description
SOURCES SOUGHT/NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION: The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division Contracting Branch (AFLCMC/HNCK), Joint Base San Antonio � Lackland intends to award on a sole source basis, a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) order to 3D Systems Inc. 3D Systems Inc. will provide service/repair support for the ProJet 5000 3D Printer used in the Information Assurance Technical Assistance Center (ITAC). The contract will include the following for a 12 months period: Onsite FSE Labor, standard business hours FSE Travel Time, Airfare, Travel Expenses Replacement Parts Printhead Replacement PM Service Kits or PM Parts Two Preventative Maintenance Service (PM) visit per contract year Unlimited Phone and Email Support (normal business hours) Standard Shipping Costs for replacement parts Return Shipping Costs for RMA parts Printer Software and Firmware Updates (ie: 1.0 to 1.1, when released) Printer Software and Firmware Upgrades (ie: 1.0 to 3.0, when released) 3DSprint Upgrades (ie: 1.0 to 3.0) The proposed contract action is for the purchase of these services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).� The Government intends to execute this award no later than July 2020; funds are currently available.� If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government�s requirement, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contract Specialist by 6 June 2020.
