THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). This notice is not to be construed as a commitment, implied or otherwise by the Government, to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential sources capable of performing the effort described herein pursuant to FAR part 10, Market Research and FAR part 19, Small Business Programs. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered market research and used for planning purposes only.� The Air Force reserves the right to consider a small business set-aside for any subsequent acquisition based upon responses to this notice. Small business respondents should provide a Statement of Capability to assist the Air Force in making a set-aside decision. Any information submitted by respondents to this Source Sought Notice is strictly voluntary. Any costs incurred as a result of this announcement shall be borne by the responder and will not be charged to the Government for reimbursement. Respondents should not construe this notice as a commitment by the Air Force for any purpose, and should refrain from providing proprietary information in the response. INTRODUCTION: The 377 Mission Support Group Contracting Division (MSG/PK) at KAFB seeks sources with the capability and interest to provide the following support: The contractor shall provide all labor and supplies (except were annotated in the attached draft PWS) �to perform both preventive �maintenance and troubleshooting / repair for the 705th Combat Training Squadron�s Video Teleconference (VTC) systems in Building 942, Rooms 121 (Gallery), 122 (AOC), 235, 250, and the Auditorium.� See attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a more detailed description of the requirements. INSTRUCTIONS: All businesses capable of providing 705th Combat Training Squadron�s VTC Maintenance Support are invited to respond electronically with a Statement of Capabilities (SOC). Statement of Capabilities are limited to 2 pages, and should demonstrate capability to provide the service in the draft PWS.� Responses shall include company name, address, DUNS number, CAGE code, point of contact with email address and telephone number, and indicate business size (small business, small disadvantaged business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, economically disadvantaged woman-owned small business, woman-owned small business, or HUBZone) using NAICS 811213, size standard $12.0 million.� If based on the draft PWS, the contractor believes that another NAICS or PSC is�more appropriate than what is listed in this sources sought,�please provide the recommended NAICS and/or PSC�and rationale to support its use.� NAICS/PSC recommendations�are not included in the 2 page SOC page limitation.� Furthermore, if there are any questions, comments or recommended improvements to the draft PWS please provide as well.� Questions, comments or recommended improvements to draft PWS are not included in the 2 page SOC limitations. 377 MSG/PKA anticipates conducting a competitive, firm fixed acquisition for this effort. �The anticipated period of performance is: Basic 20 Jul 20 � 19 May 20 (10 Months); 4 1-year options, 6 month extension of services option (if required).� The tentative acquisition schedule is: Solicitation:� 2 Jun 20 List of Attendees for Industry Day Due:� 4 Jun 20 Industry Day at KAFB:� 9 Jun 20 Submit Q&A:� 11 Jun 20 Post Answers:� 15 Jun 20 Proposals Due:� 22 Jun 22 Award:� 15 Jul 20 Performance Start:� 20 Jul 20 Tentative CLIN Structure: CLIN 0001:� Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting (Basic and each Option period) CLIN 0002:� Initial Baseline Documentation (Basic Only) The Points of Contact are: Stephanie Bourgeois, Contract Specialist,�stephanie.bourgeois.1@us.af.mil Lisa Postma, Contracting Officer, lisa.postma@us.af.mil.
