PROJECT TITLE: HSTR - Truman Home Driveway Project THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY!!! On or about May 20, 2020, the Department of Interior, National Park Service, Midwest Region Major Acquisition Buying Office intends to issue a solicitation (140P6020Q0020) on Federal Business Opportunities (https://www.fbo.gov). The work for this project consists of restoring the driveway and repairing the concrete aprons and curbing to preserve the Truman Home driveway. The project consists of: 1. Milling 3,695 square feet of the existing driveway at a 2-inch depth. 2. Laying and sealing 3,695 square feet of new bituminous asphalt at a 2-inch depth. 3. Restoring approximately 360 square feet of concrete curbing and aprons. Project Location: Harry S Truman NHS, 219 North Delaware Street, Independence, MO 64050 This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for submission of offers. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. In order to be awarded a contract an offeror must have a DUNS number, be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Type of Contract: One (1) Firm-Fixed Price Contract will be awarded on a best value basis. NAICS CODE: 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. The small business standard is $16.5M. Contract Period of Performance: Estimated at 30 from receipt of Notice to Proceed
