Description

Industry Stakeholders, In response to Industry's continued requests to improve communication between Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Grounds (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Army Depot, and Industry stakeholders, ACC-APG Tobyhanna Division will be posting monthly updates for known competitive acquisitions. The posted slides are for informational purposes ONLY. This is NOT a formal solicitation / Requests for proposal (RFP) / Requests for Quote (RFQ). Do NOT submit any formal proposals / quotes to this posting. All information contained in this posting is subject to change at any time. Regular updates will be posted approximately the first Thursday of every month monthly. Update requests and questions may be accepted no later than one (1) week after the updates are posted. Limit TEN (10) questions per vendor submission. The Government will not answer or provide any source selection sensitive questions or information. Questions may be accepted on any of the information contained within the slide presentation. All questions must be directed to the Contracting Officer listed on the corresponding slide. Answers may be posted with the update of the following month. ALL PROCUREMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELATION AT ANY TIME. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT REIMBURSE FOR ANY FEEDBACK; QUESTIONS OR DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED BY INDUSTRY. The Government will not provide any procurement sensitive information thand the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 15 for this solicitation. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government�s requirement with a commercial item with 15 days of this notice.� The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about the issue date cited above. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. While pricing may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, and performance. All offers shall be in the English language and US dollars. All interested parties may submit an offer. DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) quotations are acceptable for this solicitation. Offerors must complete the entire solicitation. Offers must be submitted on hard copy of this SF 33 Request for Proposal (RFP), scanned, and uploaded through DIBBS (PREFERRED METHOD) or email offers to: Amanda.stroupe@dla.mil.��
