The solicitation will be available in DIBBS on or about its estimated issue date of� 5/20/20 Solicitation is for a Long-Term contract, Indefinite Quantities and Deliveries for up to 5 Years. Solicitation is a Total (100%) Small Business Set-Aside. DESCRIPTION:�� NSN 6140016339444� ��BATTERY, STORAGE Item requires a Dual First Article Test (FAT):� Contractor First Article Test (CFAT) - Number of units required to be tested: 12 Batteries, 10 Cells, requisite compound, 2 electronic component assemblies, 2 cell assemblies.� Government First Article Test (GFAT) - Number of units required to be tested: 23 Batteries.� Item also requires Production Lot Testing (PLT) of 6 batteries and 6 cells.� It is a Critical Application Item with Shelf Life and Hazardous Material requirements. RECHARGEABLE, LITHIUM ION,SEALED P/N BB-2590/U IAW BASIC SPEC NR MIL-PRF-32383/3 NOT 1 REVISION NR���� DTD 05/31/2016 PART PIECE NUMBER: IAW REFERENCE DRAWING NR 80063 SC-C-179495 REVISION NR B2� DTD 10/07/1976 PART PIECE NUMBER: IAW REFERENCE SPEC NR MIL-PRF-32383 NOT 1 REVISION NR���� DTD 05/31/2016 PART PIECE NUMBER: IAW REFERENCE QAP 16236 SQP016339444 REVISION NR A�� DTD 03/17/2015 PART PIECE NUMBER: Estimated Annual Quantity:� 37,255 EACH Prices will be solicited for 4 quantity ranges, with the following start quantities for each range:� 2000,� 5000,� 10000,� 25000 Delivery:� To CONUS and OCONUS DLA Depots.�� If waived for FAT, deliver up to 6,000 each in 150 days; additional quantities up to 6,000 each to be delivered every 30 days thereafter.� If FAT is required, add 330 days. The Small Business size standard is� 1000 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government.� The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5years.� While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
