- The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), The Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 100 Emancipation Dr., Hampton, Virginia 23667 will be soliciting offers forFeminine Hygiene & Restroom Services. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, supplies, management and supervision necessary to performFeminine Hygiene & Restroom Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. A request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24619Q0552 will be issued on or about May 8, 2020. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is June 1, 2020 through September 30, 2019 for the base period, with four (4) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 561720 Restroom Cleaning Services with a Business Size Standard of $18 million. The classification code is S201. The solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Contract Opportunity website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
