Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Consider this solicitation (#140R6020Q0032) as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. The NAICS 811310 �Commercial & Industrial Machinery & Equipment (except Automotive & Electronic) Repair and Maintenance and the small business size is 8.0 million. The resulting purchase order will be a firm-fixed price type contract. 1. Line Item #10 Base Year Preventative Maintenance for HVAC System � ACCORDING TO THE ATTACHED PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) Spring Inspection includes: Check all thermostats for calibration Check all hydraulic actuators for proper operation Inspect all compressors for proper fluid levels, temperatures, and pressures Change oil in air compressor and check air dryer for proper operation Inspect all cooling condensers for proper operation and wear Fall Inspection includes: Calibrate all systems for winter operation 1 AU __________________ 2. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price and technically acceptable. Quotes are due no later than Tuesday, May 19, 2020 by 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Reclamation will consider all responsible sources who submit a timely quote for award.
