- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with EDX Wireless located at PO BOX 1547, Eugene, OR 97440 for the acquisition of software renewals and technical support. This is a sole source procurement due to buying existing software renewals from EDX Wireless. � In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.� The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order.� A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.�This requirement is set-aside for small business� only. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c) the justification is attached with this notice.� The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 ""Simplified Acquisition Procedures.""� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 511210.� The business size standard is $41.5 million dollars.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation.� A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.� Closing date for submitting a capability statement is May 7th, 2020 at 1:00pm Eastern Time.� All submissions should be submitted electronically to Kaitlyn.M.Mahafkey@usdoj.gov.
