Description

SPD maintains critical autoclave/sterilization equipment located at Biological Defense Mission Support Facility (BDMSF), Wig Mountain Biological Test Facility, and the Granite Biological Test Facility (GBTF) located at US Army Dugway Proving Ground, UT 84022-5004.� Needs to procure a service contract provide annual Preventative Maintenance Checks Service and Repair on sterilization equipment operated by SPD.� The PMCS and repair required under this contract are non-personal in nature and require a qualified service technician. The Contractor shall provide Preventative Maintenance & technical services in support of the areas specified in Program Background (above). Further detail is provided in the draft Performance Based Work Statement (PBWS) attached to this announcement (Attachment 1). The estimated period of performance consists of Base period of 1 year plus 4-option periods of 1-year each with performance commencing in October 2020. Specifics regarding the number of option periods will be provided in the solicitation. The contract type is� anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The Level of Effort for 5-years is estimated at 600 man-hours.
