- Amendment #3:� Amendment 0002 posted.� Due date has been extended to 14 May 2020.� The amendment also includes changes to the PWS.� Amendment #2:� Upload Virtual site visit and sign in roster from Virtual site visit that took place on 21 Apr 2020.� AMENDMENT #1: This amendment is to adjust the site visit information.� Please see the soliciation amendment for further details. The Government is issuing�a solicitation for Oahe - Generator Step-up Transformer Bushings Repair.� The solicitation will close on 06 May�2020 at 1400/2pm CST.�� The solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside��� Project Description:� This is a non-personal services contract to provide Step-Up Transformer Bushing Replacement and Miscellaneous Testing and Repairs at Oahe Hydroelectric power plant, South Dakota. Project requirements include the following items: 1) Perform pre-work electrical testing on Transformer #1, and Transformer Banks #2, #3, and #4. 2) Drain and store transformer oil from Transformer #1, and Transformer Banks #2, #3, and #4. 3) Test and install Government Furnished 230 kV high voltage bushings on Transformer Banks #2, #3, and #4.� (Quantity of 9 bushings installed.) 4) Furnish, test, and install 115 kV high voltage bushings for Transformer #1. 5) Furnish, test, and install 15 kV low voltage bushings for Transformer #1, and Transformer Banks #2, #3, and #4.� (Quantity of 21 bushings installed.) 6) Furnish, test, and install high voltage neutral bushings on Transformer #1, and Transformer Banks #2, #3, and #4. 7) Replace gaskets on all bushings, leaking temperature sensors, and all covers that are removed during work on the transformers with new gasket material as specified. 8) Test, process (filter), and hot oil vacuum fill the insulating oil Transformer #1, and Transformer Banks #2, #3, and #4. 9) Recharge the nitrogen in Transformer #1, and Transformer Banks #2, #3, and #4. 10) Perform pre-work and post-work electrical testing and insulating oil testing on Transformer #1, and Transformer Banks #2, #3, and #4. 11) All work on each transformer shall be performed during one outage per transformer bank. NAICS Code:� The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 3811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) with a size standard for Small Business of $8 Million.
