- Solicitation Information All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Maria Sproul at maria.sproul@navy.mil no later than 3:00PM EST 08 May 2020. Solicitation N0042120Q0240 is issued as intent to sole source.� The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Columbus Jack Corporation, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Columbus Jack Corporation is the only manufacturer capable of meeting the necessary requirements of the USCG, due to these items being designed to work specifically with the C-27 aircraft. The requested jack models are the direct replacements of what is currently fielded. Offeror�s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.
