- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: AZ City: Yuma Delineated Area: North: Highway 95 South: East County 14th Street East:� South Fortuna Road West:� South Avenue 3 East Sq. Ft. (ABOA*):�Office Space: �23,710 � 24,000 ABOA SF �(Approximately 27,266 RSF)�� Space Type: Minimum requirements: Quality building of sound and substantial construction. Space must allow for efficient use. Parking Spaces : 6 surface, 10 surface/covered, 41 structure � All parking must be secured. Full Term: 180 Months (15 years) Firm Term: 240 Months (20 Years) Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility (ADA/ABAAS), seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease will be required.� Offered space shall be outside the 100 year flood plain. The office space must be accessible to the government at all times (24/7). ABOA square feet does not include such areas as stairs, elevators, mechanical and utility rooms, ducts, shafts, vestibules and public corridors, and public toilets required by local code. RESPONDENTS ARE ADVISED THAT GSA ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY TO SOLICIT OR AWARD A LEASE BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS ADVERTISEMENT. Expressions of Interest Submission Requirements: This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals.� Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners.� Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner with their response to the advertisement.� Expressions of interest MUST be submitted in writing and, at a minimum, include the information cited herein. Responses omitting the items below will not be considered: 1.���� Address of proposed property. 2.���� Name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address of authorized contact. 3.���� Name and contact information of the property ownership�s legal entity. 4.���� Map showing the proposed site clearly identified as being within the delineated area as specified in this ad. 5.���� Location of offered space in the building, and the date the space will be available. 6.���� Rentable square feet (RSF) offered and offered rental rate/RSF for a full-service lease. Written acknowledgement is required from the owner or the owner�s agents where an agent represents multiple ownership entities.
