- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Hawaii City: Honolulu and Surrounding Cities Delineated Area: North: From Kunia Dr. to Kunia Rd. to Wilikina Dr. (Hwy 99) to Interstate H2 to Interstate H1 East: From Interstate H1 to Salt Lake Blvd. to Puuloa Rd. to Interstate H1 (Queen Liliuokalani Fwy) to Hwy 92 to Sand Island Access Rd. to Sand Island Parkway down towards the Ocean (Mamala Bay) South: Ocean (Mamala Bay) West: From the Ocean (Mamala Bay) up to Kalaeloa Blvd. to Interstate H1 (Queen Liliuokalani Fwy) to Kunia Rd. (Hwy 750) to Kunia Dr. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,628 Office/Warehouse �and 1,000 Wareyard Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,860 Office/Warehouse �and 1,200 Wareyard Space Type: Office/Warehouse �and Wareyard Parking Spaces (Surface): 31 (11 Reserved in Wareyard) Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 8 years Option Term: Two 5-year option terms Additional Requirements: Interested Properties shall allow for: 24/7 Building Access Secured wareyard for boat, trailer, trucks Mix-use office and warehouse Specimen sample storage Animal and agricultural agency Publically accessible parking Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Honolulu, HI that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
