This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 36C24420Q0467. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 effective January 24, 2018. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. The Department of Veterans Affairs Erie VA Medical Center, 135 East 138th St., Erie, PA 16504-1559is seeking to capacitor repair services. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: The anticipated Period of Performance will begin on 05-21-2020 following Contract award and includes the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN): CLIN 0001: As per SOW See also Attachment 001, Price Cost Schedule. Place of Performance Address: Department of Veterans Affairs Erie VA Medical Center 135 East 38th St. Erie, PA Postal Code: 16504-1559 Country: UNITED STATES All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW is included as Attachment 1 to this solicitation. Offerors are requested to quote Firm Fixed Price for any and all of the line items on the Schedule of Supplies and Services attached to this solicitation. The Schedule of Supplies and Services is included as Attachment 1 to this solicitation. Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number 2015-4224, Revision Number 13, dated 12-23-2019, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. A copy of the Wage Determination is included with this solicitation as Attachment 002. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database IAW FAR 52.212-(k).
