- Offers/Responses are due prior to the Closing Date and Time specified in BLOCK 10 of SF 18. The requirement for NSN 4730-01-241-8819 will be procured under an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) using FAR Part 13 Simplified Procedures. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government.� A base period of 1 base year and two separate 1-year option years with a total duration not to exceed 3 years is anticipated.
