- Work includes maintenance dredging to authorized depth of 10 feet w ith 1 foot paid over depth of the Noyo Harbor.� Dredge material excavated from Noyo Harbor w ill be transported and disposed at Government furnished upland disposal sites.� All labor, material, and equipment to perform this work is the responsibility of the contractor.� Acceptance of dredging w ill be based on achieving� project depth in 100% of the project footprint within performance period.�
