Description

AMENDMENT NO. 3 REQUEST FOR LEASE PROPOSAL ( RLP ) No. 36C10F18R0629 VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic Lease Brick, New Jersey December 09, 2019 RLP No. 36C10F18R0629, Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) requirement to lease 68,000 ANSI BOMA Square Feet (ABOA) of space for use by VA for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic located in Brick, NJ. The following amendment is hereby made to the above referenced Request For Lease Proposal issued on April 19, 2019. Offerors must acknowledge in writing, receipt of this Amendment No. 3 by reviewing, signing and returning to the Contracting Officer and Newmark Knight Frank by 4:00 pm, EDT December 22, 2019. RLP No. 36C10F18R0629 (1A 36C10F18R0629-VA-RLP-Brick NJ CBOC-R100-FINAL.pdf) is hereby amended as follows: The Amendment sequential order is hereby corrected. Amendment No. 04 dated June 06,2019 is hereby corrected to be Amendment No. 02. This amendment dated December 09, 2019 is hereby Amendment No. 03. Additionally, Based on a careful technical evaluation of the Brick, Ocean County, NJ and surrounding area, the Contracting Officer determined that the stringent Unique Requirement for Walkability was not applicable to the Brick, Ocean County, NJ and the surrounding area, Therefore the following RLP sections will be modified to state in close proximity to instead of a specific walkable distance. RLP Section 1.05 C. Walkability and Amenities RLP Section 1.05 C. Walkability and Amenities paragraph 2 is hereby amended to revise the distance reference, walkable 2640 foot distance of and replace it with and in close proximity to instead and 1.05 C., paragraph 2 shall read as follows:. The primary functional entrance of the Building shall be within safely accessible, in close proximity to at least seven (7) instances of amenities, two of which must be inexpensive or moderately priced fast-food or eat-in restaurants. 2) RLP Section 1.05 D. Transit Accessibility RLP Section 1.05 D. Transit Accessibility hereby\amended is hereby amended to revise the distance reference walkable 2640 foot distance of and replace it with distance in close proximity to instead and 1.05 D shall read as follows: A subway, light rail, or bus rapid transit stop shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the Building, but generally not exceeding a safely accessible distance in close proximity to the principal functional entrance of the building, as determined by the LCO. All other paragraphs, terms and conditions in this section shall still apply Unless otherwise amended all other RLP paragraphs, appendices, forms, terms and conditions shall still apply.
