- The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 13.106(b) to obtain a Getinge Care Premium Extended Warranty for a Cardiohelp System. Period of performance: 06/12/2020 through 06/11/2024 Basic description of the requirement: Getinge is the manufacturer and developer of their Cardiovascular equipment, the Cardiohelp System, and the sole authorized provider of maintenance and support. Getinge will provide a full service maintenance agreement to include preventive maintenance, 24/7 telephonic support and as needed repairs. Place of Performance: Buffalo VA Medical Center 3495 Bailey Ave Buffalo, NY 14215 The NAICS code for this requirement is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance (Size Standard $22 Million). However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by May 08, 2020 at 2:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Interested parties are encouraged to furnish information by email only with RESPONSE TO INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - AvaSure in the subject line. All documents submitted, will not be returned.
