Description: The proposed construction provides, but is not limited to, construction of an elevated multi-story optimally configured 24/7 Waterfront Support Facility structure centrally sited within building 178. The Waterfront Support Facility increases capacity and creates space required to support two additional project teams and 800 to 900 military and civilian personnel per day. Project teams are comprised of operations staff, engineering personnel, production field shops and fleet forces.
