THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS IN DETERMINING�THE AVAILABILITY OF THE ATTACHED REQUIREMENT, **Ellsworth AFB Grounds Maintenance IDIQ**. **NO AWARD WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT** **DO NOT SUBMIT A QUOTATION OR PROVIDE COST AND PRICING DATA** **NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME** ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION�STRATEGY FOR THE POSSIBLE FUTURE�ACQUISITION. This sources sought is seeking interest from companies to provide�grounds maintenance services�in accordance with the attached performance work statement (PWS)�to the 28th Civil Engineering Squadron(28 CES) at Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota. The PWS is currently a draft and is subject to change. All interested parties are invited to provide the below listed information about your�company/institution, or any teaming or joint�venture partners. NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR THIS PROJECT WHEN IT IS�FORMALLY ADVERTISED, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A RESPONSE TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT�SYNOPSIS If your firm has an interest in proposing on future requirements as described above,�who believe they can meet the requirements,�you are invited to submit, in writing, a complete capabilities package. Provide responses�to�spencer.delange@us.af.mil. At a minimum, a capabilities package shall include the following: state skills,�experience, and knowledge required to perform�this type of work. Include the following information within the statement: 1. Company name, address, point of contact (POC), telephone number, fax number,�email address, website, and CAGE Code. 2. Company's business size and/or socioeconomic status (i.e. SBA Certified 8A Program Participant). 3. A positive statement of your intention to bid on this contract as a prime contractor. 4. Offeror's Joint Venture, Partnering Agreement, or Mentor-Prot�g� information if applicable - existing and potential. 5. A listing of any government contracts held over the last three (3) years. 6. If you are a small business, are you considering submitting a proposal as a prime contractor? 7. What are the most critical criteria that would distinguish your company's capabilities from another? Explain. 8. All contractors shall possess a current registration in BetaSAM.gov at the time an offer is submitted after solicitation, for contract award and throughout the life of the contract without a break in�registration status.� The information requested will be used within the Air Force to facilitate decision making and will not be�disclosed outside the agency. **Responses are due electronically to: spencer.delange@us.af.mil.** THIS IS A NOTICE FOR SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY.
