- THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY. �The U.S. Government intends to extend the current Test Support Services, W91151-15-D-0001, on a SOLE SOURCE basis to Greeks and Nerds Corporation. �The Government is seeking Offerors that may be able to perform this requirement in the attached Performance Work Statement for a period of performance of twelve (12) months. The statutory authority for the sole source procurement is 10 United States Code 2304(c)(1) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.� This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future.� This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service.� Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice.� The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. �Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ or IFB or RFP, if any is issued.� If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Governmentwide Point of Entry.� It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the Governmentwide Point of Entry for additional information pertaining to this requirement.� The anticipated NAICS code(s) is 541330: Engineering Services. Each potential source is also requested to provide the contract number(s), dollar value(s) and brief description of work previously or currently being performed, which specifically demonstrates the contractor�s ability to successfully satisfy the requirements of the Technical Services.� Firms shall also provide point of contact information where available for the efforts cited above. In response to this sources sought, please provide: 1.� All responses to this sources sought are limited to 5 pages and must include the following additional information: name and address of firm, commercial activity/government entity (CAGE) code, DUNS number, corresponding NAICS code, business size and status, point of contact name, title, phone, and email.� Please note, this acquisition will be set-aside for 8(a) small businesses only.� Interested sources shall submit all replies by email to lucinda.s.archer.civ@mail.mil no later than 1200 PM CST on 28 April 2020.� Acknowledgement of receipt will not be made. 2.� Provide information in sufficient detail regarding previous experience on similar requirements (include size, scope, and complexity), that will facilitate making a capability determination. 3. Provide brief description of experience in engineering expertise, operational tests, simulations, stimulation, data collection, and experimentation missions for operational tests conducted by Governmental agency. 4. �Provide a brief description of experience in services and support in diverse environments and circumstances, ranging from Government furnished facilities, such as the permanent facilities to field test sites at various CONUS and OCONUS locations and military installations. 5. Future Test Support Capabilities Analysis: Provide a brief description of experience and capability to support testing, perform data analysis, pre-test/event in accordance with the Government�s task authorization requests.� 6. Identify any condition or action that may be having the effect of unnecessarily restricting competition with respect to this acquisition.� Please contact the MICC Advocate for Competition, Scott Kukes, at scott.d.kukes.civ@mail.mil or 210-466-3015, if you believe that this action is unreasonably restricting competition.� Include the subject of the acquisition, this announcement, and the MICC POC information from the Sources Sought Synopsis.� Provide the specific aspects that unreasonably restrict competition and the rationale for such conclusion.
