Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-20-Q-0022 for Proposal. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2020-05 (30�March��2020). The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for The United States Army, Public Health Command (PHC)�for Brand Name only�Adobe Mobile Enterprise Software Maintenance. See below and the attached Statement of Work (SOW),�and Justification and Combined Synopsis Clauses . EVALUATION OF PROPOSALS: Vendors shall be evaluated based on the proposals that are the Lowest PriceTechnically Acceptable (LPTA) to the Government.�This solicitation�is�100% Small Business Set aside, The Associated North America Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is�511210 and the Business Size Standard is 1000. Contractor shall provide a unit price for each of the items listed.
