DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall supply all labor, material, and equipment required to execute (demolition, renovate, and construction) requirements as defined in construction drawings and specifications of Resolve SPS Temperature, Humidity, Air Changes and Air Flow Deficiencies . Project No./Title: 516-16-101 Resolve SPS Temperature, Humidity, Air Changes and Air Flow Deficiencies Work Location: C.W. Bill Young Medical Center, located at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd., Bay Pines, Florida. Estimated Target Completion Period: 364 calendars days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) Magnitude of this project is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. NAICS 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. Size Standard is $16.5 Million. Product Service Code Z2DA This solicitation that will use the trade-off source selection process, providing the best value to the Government. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 15, 2020. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at https://beta.sam.gov. At the time of proposal submission, contractors must have current registration/certification in the System for Award Management (SAM)www.sam.gov .
