This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 36C24420Q0562. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04 effective January 15, 2020. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561730, Landscaping Services, product service code S208, Housekeeping Landscaping/Groundskeeping with a small business size standard of $17.5 The Department of Veterans Affairs Altoona Medical Center, 2907 Pleasant valley Blvd., Altoona, PA 16602 is seeking to procure Lawncare Services. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: The anticipated Period of Performance will begin on 05/08/2020 following Contract award and includes the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN): CLINS: As per SOW Place of Performance Address: Department of Veterans Affairs Altoona 2907 Pleasant valley Blvd., Altoona, PA 16602 Country: UNITED STATES All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW is included in this solicitation. Offerors are requested to quote Firm Fixed Price for any and all of the line items on the Schedule of Supplies and Services within this solicitation. Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number 2015-4221, Revision Number 13, dated 12-23-2019, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. A copy of the Wage Determination is included with this solicitation. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database IAW FAR 52.212-(k).
