Description

IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.207 (16) (ii) any responsible source may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation that the agency shall consider. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme (NSWC PHD), located at Naval Base Ventura Country, CA, intends to award a sole source new delivery order to the Harris Corporation under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-19-G-5500 in FY 20. The associated justification and approval (J&A) will be posted within 14 days after contract award per FAR 6.305 (a). This requirement is not set aside for small business. The PSC code is R425 and the NAICS: 541330 The Harris Corporation shall provide maintenance and repair of the AN/SPS 48( v) 1 Radar System located at NAS Ocean Dam Neck Annex Taylor Hall Schoolhouse. The negotiated sole source new delivery order will include a Cost Plus Fixed Fee CLIN 0001 and Not Separately Priced (NSP) CLIN 0006, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL). The Request for Proposal N63394-20-F-0032 release date for this effort is estimated to be no sooner than 15 calendar days after this notice of the contract action. It will be directed solely to the prospective source identified above.� This BOA Delivery Order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (4), authorizing the use of other than competitive procedures for this acquisition.
