Description

The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to UniWest required items to be purchased are: one (1) F-15 inspection kit, and ten (10) Probe, Articulating Swivel Seymour Johnson has a requirement for F-15 inspection kit that include US-2472 Probe and US-2103 Probe or equivalent.� Calibration Standard: UniWest Reference Standard, Aluminum (PN99890).� APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY:� This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this Intent to Sole Source is 04 May 2020 at 10:00 A.M EST.
