Posted 29Apr2020- Repair Building 56 Masonry Pointing � Pre-Solicitation Synopsis for W52P1J-20-R-5009 This is a pre-solicitation synopsis is a notice regarding solicitation W52P1J-20-R-5009. This project is a Repair Project for the Masonry Pointing of Building 56. The scope of this project consists of furnishing labor, equipment, and materials to repoint all exterior joints and perform masonry repairs on Building (Bldg) 56 on US Army Garrison - Rock Island Arsenal (USAG-RIA). Investigation shows cracking of the exterior joints and deteriorated masonry. This project location is on the north side of Rodman Avenue along East Street on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island IL. This requirement will be a 100% small business set-aside. Product Service Code: Z2JZ � Repair or Alteration of Miscellaneous Buildings NAICS Code: 238140, Masonry Contractors **Please note, this is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forth coming and will be posted on or around 15May2020 that will have all the necessary documents, including a scope of work. IAW FAR 36.204(d), the magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500, 000. Performance and Payments Bonds are required for this project.
